Q. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
A. All UK mainland addresses incur a £5.95 carriage charge. For all other addresses you can view delivery costs here
Q. WILL MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED?
A. If you order online you will receive a confirmation email.
Q. HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU FROM ABROAD?
A. You can contact our Customer Services using the Contact Us form.. Our Customer Service lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.00pm GMT.
Q. PHOTOGRAPHY
A. Please note that our gift & hamper images are indicative only. Please refer to the product listings for exact contents / weights / sizes / descriptions.
Q. CAN I ALTER MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE CONFIRMED IT?
A. You will need to contact the admin team via email a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of despatch. There is a charge of £3.00 per delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. During our peak winter season (October to January 4th) the minimum notice to change is extended to 3 weeks.
Q. CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DAY FOR DELIVERY
A. You can select a preferred "delivered by date", but we do not provide a guaranteed delivered on date.
Q. CAN I SEND TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
A. Not at present but hopefully we will be adding this service in the future.
Q. CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM THE GAME MASTER?
A. YES, of course. We would love to meet you too! Just order and tell us when you are going to pick it up and we will have it ready at the Warehouse Reception for you.
Q. HOW WILL MY GOODS ARRIVE?
A. Our foods are beautifully packed in insulated boxes with lots of handy re-useable ice packs to keep them cool for the journey.
Q. CAN I FREEZE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS?
A. Please be aware that while most of The Game Masters products can be frozen on receipt, for up to 3 months. Please follow the instructions on the product labels or ask our advice prior to placing your order.
