Artisan Scottish Mustard

We discovered this absolute gem of winter. It's taken Aidan at Forbes Croft a little while to perfect and here it is. A small-batch, hand made mustard with elements of Dijon, English and wholegrain but creamier in texture with a nice heat and a gentle sweetness. Forbes Croft Foods is a small, family run food producer in Argyll, and we think this mustard is an absolute MUST with beef, pork, lamb and even our smoked and roast salmon. This is not to be missed!
